Starter

a. Smoked haddock fishcake, wholegrain mustard mayonnaise, pea shoot salad

b. Chicken liver pate with bloomer toast and plum chutney

c. Lightly spiced sweet potato soup

 

 

Main Course

d. Grilled fillet of salmon, crushed potato cake, vegetables and Bearnaise sauce 

e. Supreme of chicken wrapped in bacon, caramelised red onion mash, vegetables and tarragon gravy 

f. Loin of pork, fondant potato, apple puree, vegetables and meat gravy 

g. Mushroom, asparagus and butternut squash wellington with Mediterranean crushed potato cake

 

 

Dessert

h. Baked New York style cheesecake with a forest fruit compote 

i. Crème caramel with whipped cream and strawberry 

j. Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce

 

 

Transport            Coach to pick up and drop off at the Town hall and Reeds 6.45pm, cost £5 return
